How does it really work?
A slide sheet is essentially a clever cylinder made from a special fabric: soft and comfortable on the outside but incredibly slippery on the inside.

How exactly do I use it?
Lay the Snoozle slide sheet on your side of the bed, on top of your regular bed sheet, with the openings at the top and bottom. It should not go over the side of the bed. Lie on your back on top of the Snoozle and keep it approximately between your shoulders and thighs. Adjust its position if needed. Slide from side to side with the aid of the Snoozle. Try to adjust it as best you can after each roll.
Is it anything like a hospital slide sheet?
Not really! While hospital slide sheets are designed primarily for caregivers to move patients, the Snoozle is created specifically for you. It’s perfect for independent, long-term at-home use. Unlike hospital sheets, it doesn’t use slippery nylon, which can feel uncomfortable or trap heat. Instead, the Snoozle offers breathable, comfortable fabric with just the right amount of friction—no excessive slipperiness!

Will I slide off the bed?
We hear this question a lot! While the Snoozle is designed to be slippery for smooth turning, it’s not as slick as the nylon slide sheets typically used in hospital settings. That said, safety is important.
To ensure safe use, avoid placing the Snoozle too close to the edge of your bed or letting it hang over. And remember—never leave the Snoozle on the floor, as the material can be slippery when stepped on. For full safety instructions, please read the warnings included on the packaging.
Will it make me hot and sweaty?
Not at all! The Snoozle is designed with breathable, lightweight materials that won’t trap heat. In fact, some of our customers say it even helps keep them cool by reducing friction and allowing for smoother movement during the night. It’s all about comfort and a better night’s sleep!
Does it make any noise?
No, unlike some other types of slide sheets, the Snoozle makes no sound or crinkly noises when used.
Will it bother my partner?
No. It’s on your side of the bed, it’s not bulky and it doesn’t take up a lot of space. In fact, your partner will benefit from you moving more quietly and smoothly during the night!
Does it cover the whole mattress?
No, not at all! It’s only 28.4 × 29.5 inches and you place it on your side of the bed, over your regular bed sheet.
What is it made of?
The main sheet is specially manufactured for us and is polyester, the edges of the sheet are satin.
How do I wash it?
You can wash it at up to 90 °F with a small amount of detergent. Do not bleach or put in the dryer. Do not hang outside as UV rays can make the fabric less slippery.
Pelvic girdle pain has made this pregnancy really tough. The Snoozle doesn't fix the PGP but it takes away the worst part which is the pain from turning. I actually sleep now.
